I often read on various forums on the internet where people often ask questions about how soon they should start training. To be honest, there isn’t really any satisfying answer for this. I’ve seen thousands of kids who started lifting at the age of 12-13 and now they are all huge and Aesthetic. But today I have found something totally insane.

While most of us struggle to build up a six pack midsection, this six year old not only developed a six pack, but he has been able to build an 8 pack! Never before has such muscular development been seen at such a young age. Now I know what most of you are probably thinking; that this must be photoshopped or that this must actually be an adult midget, but it isn’t. This is completely real and natural, with no photo effects whatsoever. Suffice it to say, this kid has a very very bright future in terms of bodybuilding. Now it may be true that this six year old has incredible genetics; most trainees would be unable to build an 8 pack at the age of six whether they trained or not. However, this should definitely serve as a motivational story to anybody who regularly goes to the gym.

Everybody should stay on the lookout for this kid, as there is no doubt that he will be doing big things in a few years once he grows into his body and focuses on putting on some mass. Absolutely insane story!
